They are very slow here and on top of that my driver had to wait 3 days because the warehouse couldn't figure out where they placed their pallet. They have times written to call to get check in and it literally doesn't matter because no one picks up the phone. The mamager miguel would rather send his workers to tell us things instead of him talking to us even though his name is on the paper to help assist and his phone number.
