Terrible process. Kept wanting to push back closing. There communication sucks. Can’t answer simple questions. Would give them a ZERO.

I went under contract with this company 4/23. I had a closing date of 5/25. The whole process was a roller coaster ride. I had to send the same documents numerous times. Then when it got closer to the closing date I was told they needed to push it back to 5/30 so I went ahead and wired funds due to the beginning of the week being Memorial Day. On the day of my closing I was told I was not able to be approved for the home due to the underwriter re running my information. This process is unethical as well as unorganized. So no... read more

DHI Mortgage in not worth dealing with. They continually ask for the documents over and over and over again instead of keeping what you sent them! Then they pull a credit report AFTER they quote an interest rate BECAUSE they made the process take so long and UP the INTEREST they are charging and your STUCK!!! SAVE YOUR SELF SOME HEADACHES, RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN AWAY FROM DHI Mortage and find another lender!!
