This review is no reflection of my LO, Fred was amazing but I feel his team is…. Incompetent. We proceeded with DHI when we bought our DR Horton home due to the incentives and closing cost assistance. After 2 weeks I gave all requested documents to DHI and all was good. A week before our DRH closing date they began sending me many emails of documents they needed and it got quite excessive as I was going through a relocation company. I went through this mortgage company first because of the great incentive buy down rate they were offering in conjunction with buying a DR Horton home. Wow.......what a terrible company to deal with. They make you feel like you are bothering them with important questions about your loan. It takes them several days to get back to emails, messages, texts or however you try to reach them. I own my home. They badger me with loan options which I don’t need or want. I’ve tried to get off their mailing list to no avail. STOP sending me mail!
