I called recently looking for a new pediatrician for my 3 girls coming from Miami. I don’t know where these people get their customer service skills from but as soon as I asked “Are you taking new patients?”. I was met with the rudest “No” I’ve ever heard from a healthcare provider. Mind you this was only a call and my last.
The staff are very professional and welcoming. The doctor is very nice and friendly. But they moved . Where are you guys located?
Dr Elisme and her staff are wonderful. They are prompt and very attentive. Dr Elisme listens to what I have to say and takes my thoughts into consideration about my daughter.
Dr. Elisme and all staff at DHG Pediatrics are wonderful! Very clean clinic and thorough checkup for my daughter who was sick with a fever. They are very accommodating and helpful. Thank you!!
