I am the head trustee for my church. I hired DHE to install new heating and cooling units at my church. One of those units became a nightmare for us and for six years have given us constant problems. The unit manufacturer was zero help and washed their hands of the problem. DHE on the other hand has worked with us trying to resolve the issues best that they could even putting in many hours of labor without charge to help us. They have been outstanding in my opinion. you guys have a truck driving down 28th street east bound and no one will answer the phone. that truck is losing shit out of a small door in the back and none of you will answer your phones. thats pathetic someone is going to get hurt and the lack of response is insane.

Huge shout out to Noah from DHE. EGR has been replacing all the remaining lead water lines and DHE was contracted to do the new main valve installs on the new lines. Mine needed a bit of adjusting and DHE and Noah were very prompt and attentive to the follow up call.
