Huge shout out to Noah from DHE. EGR has been replacing all the remaining lead water lines and DHE was contracted to do the new main valve installs on the new lines. Mine needed a bit of adjusting and DHE and Noah were very prompt and attentive to the follow up call.
Had your team out to look at my furnace for a load-load noise when fan came on. Your technicians are always very knowledgeable, polite, and helpful! they fixed it with little need for major parts, whew! Just true experience with this type of situation. They used a few screws, an S-bracket & some duct sealant foil tap, Noise gone...yahoo! Thank you DHE for always making a service call a wonderful experience!
Always very happy with the work performed by DHE Plumbing & Mechanical. Recently had Matt Basler do a back flow test and he also replaced a leaking vacuum breaker drain valve. He arrived ahead of schedule and did a fantastic job. Received the invoice in the mail today and pricing was very reasonable. The only nitpick I have is that DHE doesn't seem to allow for online payments. Not a big deal but something that would be nice to see in the near future.
