I stayed at Dharma Home Suites as a travel nurse while working during Covid-19. My stay was pleasant until I checked out. A week after I checked out I received an email saying that both sets of keys had not been returned. When I checked in, I only received one set of keys, which I did return. I informed the reservation contact person of this and he continued to say I received two sets of keys and sent a picture with two sets of keys from prior to my check in. A lot of things were damage like the sofa was peeling of. The roof in the bathroom was too! Wish it did let me post pics.
Do not book!!!! Bad business practice. We booked three apartments for 3-4 days for a family of 17. We booked under their special rate (beware). The policy states no refund, no modifications. However since pandemic hit worldwide (Covid-19), everything is being cancelled shut down with stay home orders set by our local government. We called Dharma, and they simply say they are sticking to their policy.
