A perfect retreat center for meditation& relaxation.
This was my first retreat at DharmaDrum Retreat Center and I chose to participate in Huatou. It was perfect. The structure of the retreat could not be better. Mixing Mindfulness meditations in still, slow, fast, exercising, eating and working activity. Looking forward to the next opportunity to participate.
