It was my first time in a retreat, Chang Hu Fashi and Yan Ben Fashi taught me so much during the weekend I spent there. I recommend it a 100%. I feel so much better now and there is no doubt I'm planning to go back. Thank you so much for making me feel very comfortable there!!
