This is a great place to learn how to meditate. If you already know how and are just looking for ways to experience life with more grace and ease they also teach mindfulness in most classes. Very relatable approach taught here and the people were all very inclusive and welcoming
There is the best place to begin, or continue your spiritual journey. The Dharma Center teachers have a lot of light to offer. I have meditated there for several years and will continue to do so as often as I can!
Beautiful location- right next to the water in OB. The range of classes and teachers is so eclectic so you can find the right one for you or go to multiple each week. Saturdays with Turiya Dhara are a must. Learning to meditate, calm my thoughts, and connect to my true inner spirit has grown and strengthened my practice exponentially. The results of my meditation practice have positively impacted every facet of my life. Definitely worth attending!
If you’re looking for a small group of people to meditate and practice Buddhism American style, you may like this center. Simple, no distracting rituals or rules. The teacher Turiya provides excellent Dharma talks.
