I called today, and the receptionist was quite rude, hanging up the phone before I could finish speaking. When I called again, the same thing happened. Upon trying to call back, no one answered. This is extremely disappointing and reflects very poor service.
1st ever call to this doctor-Walgreen's pharmacy online said to contact the doc for a refill.In response was told to call the insurance. They directed me to make the second call which was to ask for a prescription for 3 pills instead of 2 because the prescription was written wrong (by whom, I don't know). Mom ran out early as a result. 2nd call was to politely make this request. KAPOOR is arrogant and pompous. She gave us bad medical advice and charged over $500 for office visit. Worst doctor I’ve ever had.

She is best at her hob. She has been treating me for past 6 months and i am pretty impressed with the treatment she offered me. She is far knowledgeable than doctors i have visited before. Would highly recommend her.
She was really rude in person and also did not have any check up properly.
Dr Kapoor’s been my primary physician for over 10 years. I’ve found her to be professional, knowledgeable, and very conscientious. She is very straight-forward and honest which might be off-putting to some, but I’d prefer getting all the information. Her staff is professional and her message service available 24/7. Adhered to Covid requirements. I highly recommend.
