We hired this company to put in mini splits for our basement and they did an absolute terrible job. Barely over a year later the units aren't working at all and the owner is ignoring my calls and refusing to do the work to repair the faulty installation. I've had another company take a look and the faulty installation has caused so much damage the whole unit is useless. We could be out over $8,000. Do not hire these absolute crooks.
I called and had someone come long so my AC to diagnose what was wrong. They came and looked and never told me what was wrong and just did the work. They left and said my AC is working. He called and asked me to Venmo him $329 for a part that was maybe $30 and we could have fixed it ourselves had we known what it was. I asked him to send me an invoice for the work that he did and gave him my email address and nothing. They are amazing! Got quoted 7 grand from another company to replace my a/c. He came out did his proper diagnostic and replaced a $300 part and it fixed my a/c he saved me thousands of dollars. 10/10 recommended
