Our A/C went out over Labor Day weekend and I called 5 different A/C companies in town. Only one, D&H could make a same day service call. Unfortunately, our 22 year old A/C unit died...so we had to replace it. I have a D&H Guardian Maintenance Agreement and it's the best thing I ever did. I don't worry about my AC even on the hottest days. If i call them with a problem I know they will be there in a few hours. Now I know why they have been around since 1959, Service...Service...Service

That my experience was a pleasant one.. From the great Customer Service.. to the quick response to my needs. The Tech was very helpful in explaining what would make my unit work more efficiently. The price was reasonable and the entire experience was a great one. I would highly reccomend D and H.

This letter is intended tell a story about my experience in dealing with D and H Air Conditioning and Heating, and hopefully help YOU not make the same mistake as I did. D & H installed my a/c and heater on my roof. The unit failed and they had a guy out to trouble shoot within hours. Then, 2 years later, my roof sprung a leak where the ductwork is, and they came out and fixed that too. They also showed me how to adjust the cooler, and replaced my filters, and other extra customer service efforts. They do everything they can to make customers happy. Thank you.
