Their properties are indeed fairly priced but the associate is the most unprofessional one I've met. Wouldn't trust them with my money or personal information.

Rented a place from them for years. A few faucets started to leak and it took them 3 months to get someone in to fix them. The back fence was starting to lean really bad therefore the gate wouldn't work properly. Mentioned it for about 2 years and nothing. Would've stayed anyways until the rent got an 800$ hike increase, so I moved. Now it's a fight to even get any solid answers back from them never mind ANY of the damage deposit back.
