Thank goodness for the people at D&G Realty! I had another agent listing my property for 6 months and could not get it sold so that I can pay off my mortgage (without doing a short sale). After my listing agreement expired, Mike and Julia came to my home and remodeled it so that it would sell for more... and it worked. Within one week, I got an offer for 10k over asking.
It was my first time buying my own place, and I was nervous. Mike was able to get me a great deal on a condo. I only had one problem with it: I really didn't like the color of the walls. So Mike paid for painters to come and paint it my choice of color! I would definitely recommend D&G Realty to my friends and family.
