The customer service was absolutely splendid! I really liked the products, they were great quality
Ordered some pool parts online from DG Pool Supply. Received an email confirming my order. After a week with no response, I reached out to them online. Was called immediately by someone telling me my order would ship by end of week and they would contact me when it shipped. No email or phone call at the end of the week. After a few more days and more back forth emails/phone calls, they cancelled my order. Poor communication, poor service, and at the end of all of this, I still don't have the parts I need.
