I am so grateful to Dunia for creating such a beautiful bouquet for my son's graduation. The arrangement was stunning, filled with vibrant sunflowers and elegant lilies, along with other gorgeous flowers that complemented them perfectly. Dunia paid close attention to every detail and even thoughtfully added blue flowers to make the bouquet especially fitting for a boy. Bought flowers for my girlfriend. They were wrapped so I couldn't see them. I got them home and they were already dead/decaying. I tried to call and see if we could work out an exchange or a refund. I was basically told off by an individual who I couldn't quite understand. Would suggest going elsewhere as their customer support is horrendous.
My wife and I called to order last minute flowers for our daughter who was graduating. We requested specifically 5 purple and 1 pink. We received half dead opened 5 pink and one purple from someone who could barely speak English HORRIBLE SERVICE AND EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED
Absolutely horrible experience. I went to get my daughter Roses for her college graduation and I ordered five purple and one pink with baby's breath When I got there, she informed me that she had sold all the purple and I was left with five pink flowers that were opened and already starting to decay. The woman there was not sympathetic she charged me a full price and gave me Subpar Flowers!! Horrible! She even argued with me saying that this was what I ordered Beware!
Absolutely amazing flower arrangements!! I needed flowers for a surprise party and she really out did herself putting something together. Really beautiful!! I will definitely be going back!!!
