My 100% silk shirt (and one of my favorites shirts, too) was ruined. The label at the neck clearly said silk, and the material clearly felt like it. But it’s now stiff and fits differently because of that, and it’s been over a month and not returning to normal. There was also a mark on the back that was not there before. So disappointed. Wish I had read these reviews.
My last time going here. I found another dry cleaners. The person working here was kind of rude and he didn't even said anything when I went to pick up my clothes. He will never remember my name so when I will go and pick up my clothes. Good luck to the business. They lost a good customer. He will also charge me different for the same outfit so that was kind of odd to me.
