**Update** Though, I'm leaving the original review, I am updating it to reflect the phone call I had with a supervisor, Herve. He did apologize for, and agreed that, the initial contact was less than adequate and showed inexperience in customer service. Since we will be in the area to home search in late Oct., Herve said he would call a couple weeks ahead to offer more up to date listings for us to view while there. Really smooth and fast application process. Mohamed was really helpful along every step of the way. Would definitely recommend this for any tenants and home owners looking for property management.

We put in an application last Tuesday October 15th and have yet to still hear back from this “company” we paid $160 for 2 adult applications. No.evictions, good credit AND great referrals no excuse or reason for our applications to be sat on hold by NO means. We call them to only be told by Omier one of the many employees there that say “Still working through the application” their website says can take 4-5 days well it’s past day 5 and still NO phone call or communication. Venki is AWESOME!!!!!! He made the process from start to finish easy and painless! He walks you through everything, communicates, and he's soo nice and professional. He was so patient with me as I was a tad skeptical(I wasn't super nice, I had been scammed in the past). It seemed too good to be true kind of thing. He helped make sure I knew it was not. So far, I am pleased with this company and recommend them if you're renting!!!!
