I was trying to acquire more information to set up an appointment for my mom. Received a call from their front desk, straight out saying they don't accept our marketplace insurance. That's fine, but was kind of rude.
Dr. Carew and her staff are great. My appointments have always started on time. All of the staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Carew works with me to find treatment options that best suit my needs and my insurance. I would show up at least 30 minutes early to that first appointment. Navigating the Texas Presby Hospital campus and finding the right parking lot and the right building and the right wing of that building is a bit of a challenge. So, give yourself some extra 'breathing room' to find the office.
