I’m a paraplegic in a wheelchair. I parked behind the building and rolled around front. After seeing that the front entrance has high steps. I went to the back door, which is marked as employees only, and knocked for awhile. No one answered. So I called. I got a recorded message which stated that the mailbox was full and hung up. Definitely not a handicap friendly business.
I have had several experiences with this group (over 100+). For the Most part, they're good... when they're there. The office hours vary, depending on when they decide to show up, or when they decide to take lunch, and then come back from said lunch. This is poor practice for a group that should be setting a high standard, with better quality. Today, I've called several times, and no one has answered their phones.
