Ary was an absolute blessing throughout our home-buying journey. We put him through the wringer for over a year and a half, looking at countless homes and submitting multiple offers, and he never once lost his patience or made us feel pressured. He was always honest, knowledgeable, and had our best interests in mind. We truly appreciated that he never tried to push us into a decision and instead helped us find the right home for our family. By the end of the process, we were joking that Ary had become part of the family—and ... read more

Ary Putera helped us find our forever house in Frisco Lakes, a 55+ community. He helped us narrow down our options and showed us houses from one side of the DFW metroplex to the other. I highly recommend Ary for his professionalism and diligence.

Ary is a kind person, but is extremely frustrating to work with. We are tenants in a home he is the property manager on. His response time is very slow (sometimes several months) and he refuses to address simple things (doors falling off hinges, garage doors not closing properly, water leaks, etc.). His usual response is to say those items are the “tenants responsibility” despite them generally being due to the owner’s negligence. I wouldn’t work with him if I was paid to.
