Ary Putera helped us find our forever house in Frisco Lakes, a 55+ community. He helped us narrow down our options and showed us houses from one side of the DFW metroplex to the other. I highly recommend Ary for his professionalism and diligence.

Ary is amazing and was able to get our house listed, staged and ready to go on the market on short notice when we suddenly learned that the closing date on the new home we were building in another city was moved up by 2 months unexpectedly. He was thorough throughout the process and gave us great tips on pricing our house and was always happy to answer our many questions. Ary is a kind person, but is extremely frustrating to work with. We are tenants in a home he is the property manager on. His response time is very slow (sometimes several months) and he refuses to address simple things (doors falling off hinges, garage doors not closing properly, water leaks, etc.). His usual response is to say those items are the “tenants responsibility” despite them generally being due to the owner’s negligence. I wouldn’t work with him if I was paid to.
