As hard money lenders I cannot fault John at DFW Hard Money. I have had dealing with him and his private money/mortgage lending team for quite a while with nothing but good things to say. Apart from some commercial lending in Texas, I have also had dealings in Charlotte, NC, Oklahoma, Nashville, and Columbia SC. If it a commercial loan you are looking for, or some quick hard money to finish a fix and flip project talk to John!
DFW is the best private loan team I have ever worked with in 27 years in the business. Missy & Laura are extremely detail oriented, organized and extremely responsive. Be careful with this people, put special attention on closing to sale the property because they ended up charging me the full and partial payment for the closing month, contacted Mysty, Shelley and they had no answer for me. The monthly payment was 3k and they’d credit 300.00 only, so they’d got me with $2700.00 Besides what I pay to use my own insurance for 45 days and they ended up charging me for the whole loan period.
