Called and tried to make an appointment because their website says they do thyroid testing and we strongly suspect thyroid issues based on some recent labs. They told me to call my primary care doctor. Guess they don’t actually do thyroid testing.
I felt that their office was not very organized when I first started going there. My doctor sent over medical records and x-rays and many times they would say they did not receive it. There were faxes that was sent over to them many times they said they did not receive it. I feel like the medical assistant, just went through the motions, and not very engaging at times I felt the doctor was also that way
I don’t know who is writing these 5 Star reviews. My son has had to jump through hoops, sacrifice his first born all to get the INSULIN HE NEEDS!!!! Shame on the Doctor! Shame on the staff for not ANSWERING the damn phone! And not answering emails!!! Horrible!!!
Dr. Tondapu and her staff were very nice and welcoming. She took her time to answer all my questions. The office is very nice and my wait time was reasonable. I had a great experience at my first visit. I definitely recommend DFW Endocrinology.
