Just wow. I went here one time. In the process of advocating for my own care, I expressed concern over the PA's and Dr's plan of action which they addressed just fine during my visit. But once I left the office, I wondered if I might do better if I had another provider since there is another one. I reached out and asked to be moved to the Fort Worth office since it is closer to where I live. When told of the Dr's availability, I simply asked to see the other provider in the practice. Terrible experience just trying to schedule an appointment. I was referred by my primary care doctor and booked online, only to be called and told the time wasn’t actually available. When I tried to reschedule, the staff member I spoke with couldn’t give a clear answer about whether my appointment was confirmed and kept talking in circles. I asked to speak to someone else for clarification and was refused. After getting nowhere, I ended the call then received an email saying my appointment had been denied.
