We do amazing rentals for any and all events and Elite Living Realty hired us to help with their yearly awards we specifically rented out the pop machine as well as the 360 camera which we setup and operated for them. Everything was great they hosted the event at Ven Acqui steak house in bishop arts off bishop street and the setup and venue space was perfect. My review reflects my experience as an agent working for Jojo and Elite Living. As of 10/25/25, I still haven’t received my commission on a deal I closed over 2 months ago. This transaction has closed and funded and I’ve been met with nothing but lack of accountability and inconsistent communication. Before this deal, there was another deal that took 4 weeks after closing to get paid on without any clear reason why there was a delay. I used to work under this brokerage as an agent and from the start, something felt off. I eventually left and unfortunately my intuition proved correct. On multiple transactions, I experienced serious delays in receiving my commission, including one deal that has now been closed for over a month without payment.
