Chad was super nice and helpful when I arrived. The condition of my car wasn't to my satisfaction. The lack of detail, bald and weathered tire. Didn't have knowledge of broken parts on the car for example the driver side mirror, the window buttons on both sides in the back seat, one of the vents in the very back. Those things I can replace but when I went to pick up the car I expected better or at minimum to have knowledge of what works and what doesn't, what's broken and what isn't.
