Not only did DFW Appraisals under value our house by $70,000.00. The person they sent out was rude and unprofessional!Making statements like when my husband said the roof was new his comment back was well you had a roof when you bought it didnt it This went on and on for most of the improvements we had made to the house. I wouldnt recommend DFW Appraisals to anyone.
They are good, honest folk. They have done a lot of work for me and will continue to do so!
I think that he is excellent, very communicative and I enjoy talking to him. He is a very nice person, and takes good care of his business.
