Not the friendliest of staff, but if you need a spot to put hour head down for the night, the AA employee discount is amazing! beware of the shady people hanging around outside!

Worst hotel experience of my life. American Airlines forced this place on us. Waited over an hour for a shuttle that never showed, after finally calling a cab, the hotel refused to reimburse us.
This place sucks they lie to you and then won't refund your money when you catch them lying. No customer service at all manager is cocky.
The staff are rude, non existent customer service. I would not recommend this place! and avoid anyone who would host a convention here!
