I am not a one-time shopper here; I have been a consistent, returning customer who has bought 2 to 3 other high-end pieces from them, spending well over $300 to $400 each time. Worst customer service ever the lady is rude and did not let me look at no gold unless I was willing to buy or put a portion down mind you I have money she was just so rude! The Vallarta workers too admitted she was “sangrona” or in English (rude/alwaysmean) My sister too says she is rude and my sister works here in Vallarta.
