I will be honest, although I have been a DFM client for about 5 years now.. DFM is not the reason (exactly) that I can't imagine leaving (or why they get 5 stars from me). It's all about Jamie.. I followed Jamie Wiiki from a now-closed salon in Dryden, and if she leaves, I will follow her then too. I have hair that runs between the middle of my back and my waist that I am rather proud of.. My wife has been getting her hair cut and styled here for several years now. Jamie Wiiki is an awesome stylist, and takes great care of all of my wife's needs.
My experience was definitely lacking. I received a manicure and she left my previous nail polish on all the edges of my nails. It has also only been a day but the wear on my nails looks like they were done a week ago. She really didn't do a good job and I wouldn't recommend the place to anyone. I would like to follow up on this. The salon got back to me about my review which I truly appreciated. I am changing my rating because of this, great customer service goes a long way!
Excellent salon! I went here for my wedding-day prep and was pleased with my hair, nails & makeup as were all the other ladies in my wedding party ranging from mid-30's to pre-school. Friendly staff, clean, professional, well trained and they even gave us some wine while we were getting all done-up! Ever since I've gone here and only here for my hair and nails. No more Cost Cutters for me!
