You guys recently recruited Elsa and that was a smart move. She's a champ at was she does, very skilled, very well mannered, a complete pro. The one that needs to consider retirement is the short, chubby lady that resembles Ursula from the Little Mermaid. She is grumpy, rude has a terrible mood. She disrespects customers with smart-ass remarks that will definitely will make you all loose business. I would only return to D'Fernys because of Elsa, and once she moves to another salon, I will never come back to this place.
The hairdresser Bert is so friendly and TALENTED!!! I showed her an inspo pic of something I wanted and somehow she not only recreated it...but made it look better!!! Her prices are great and her talent is unmatched ❤️
Love this place after Bertha took care of me and my hair! She asked questions to make sure I got what I wanted. She’s very welcoming and outgoing
