They stole all the cleaning supplies and resold them for drugs. Daniel Flowers is never here at his Main Job as building manager because he's doing double duty running his side business as a Pastor. He also turned the Cecil Hotel lobby into his Church on Wednesday and Sunday. He also is flirts with tenants despite having 2 wives.
