Charged us $48 for a credit check, didn't get accurate information and blamed us. One of their employees (the idiot that barely speaks English) was incredibly rude on the phone. It's a small wonder these clowns have a two star average.
Absolutely horrible! We were suppose to have a 9 month lease, they held us for 10 months. At move out they charged us twice for a sub lease fee. We had to fight to get it back. They over charged us for 3 days rent. We wouldn't have know except my roommate knew the the new renter. They aren't a reliable company. I actually feel bad for the lady who owns the house we rented, how bad are they screwing her! Don't rent from this company! You will regret it. Better check BBB or any other reviews before renting! Crazy!
Dezda and her team are exceptional! She takes very good care of her clients and her integrity is absolute. I highly recommend her for buying, renting or a great lunch conversation!!!! She is my rental manager, my referral partner for buyers and sellers, and I trust her in all aspects of real estate! A true GEM!!!!!!!
