They never answer the telephone.
Every time I come in for adjustments they are incredible. I love their fantastic over and beyond customer experience, frame selection and wide range of lense and sunglasses optical lenses selection!!!
They are absolutely top quality. I usually talk to Jeff or Sandra, and they are both very knowledgeable and friendly. They also take the time to help fit your new glasses to your face so they are really comfortable. I highly recommend. Only thing to know is that they are not the cheapest place in town to get glasses. But remember, you get what you pay for!
First visit at DEY this weekend in Cypress. Sandra is awesome and did a great job of providing options, explained everything in good detail, and helped me pick out the perfect prescription sunglasses. Won't go anywhere else again. Highly recommend!
