If you are a first-time home buyer, DO NOT use Dexter real estate in my opinion. I was a first-time home buyer with no knowledge of the process and was improperly guided through it and when my realtor messed up by telling me incorrect information and misleading me then blaming me despite me being a first time home buyer and them being the realtor, the business turned against me instead of working with me to resolve it.
