My appointment was RIGHT on time! And as always, the staff are warm, interesting, and ready to explain the questions I ask. The follow up question I had requested came within the hour when I got home. The best dentist experiences I have ever had!
A great experience!
From start to finish everybody did a great job making me feel like part of the family. For the first time ever, I feel like I've found a permanent dentist. Everything is explained before, during and after it's done. They do what they do for the people, not the money!
Overall Dexter Family Dental is great. However I just paid almost $2000 for a crown, was told I had paid in full. When I went back to get the permanent crown on the dentist took an X-ray, did not mention any additional charge and I was told I needed to pay for it when I checked out! Disappointed I was not told upfront there was an additional charge. Surprise fees are never fun especially after an hour in a dental chair.

Full disclosure: I hate going to the dentist and this stems from childhood bad experiences at the dentist. Due to multiple moves, we have had several dentists over the years. We chose this one mainly due to location. However, our family made the right decision. The staff was very welcoming. The facilities seem very clean and up-to-date technology wise.
