My wife and I had a flooding in our apartment building. We contacted Dexcore and they immediately came out to assess elevated moisture in the ceilings and walls throughought the 5 units. They assessed quickly, did necessary testing, and opened up ceilings and walls to dry out with dehumidifiers. Once the units were sufficiently dry they started the rebuild process with a team for drywall, paint, and cleanup.
