Abysmal, accuracy, constantly lying, false, high, false lows, dramatic correction, lines have used Dexcom’s for over four years and up until two months ago, have been on a consistent, losing streak of disappointment, sickness in the middle of the night and wasted opportunities of happiness due to the poor function of this machine. Quality control? Not with this company.... The sensor failing rate is higher than when they work. It's gotten to a point where I'm surprised it actually works because I expect every single sensor to fail because they are so bad with quality. Customer service? Even worse... Talk to a bot that does NOTHING. Talk to a human? Even worse. No customer service! No quality control! Cancel your subscription and run! My insurance will not cover other brands so I am stuck with the Dexcom G7. It is supposed to last 10 days. I have been using them for about one year and I began tracking their failure rate about six months ago. I use the included adhesive patch for the first 5 days and then I use another brand patch for the next 5 days if the sensor does not fail before that. Unreliable. Cheap quality and getting cheaper. As you can see in the picture, when my reading was actually 122, it showed 225. I was very suspicious, so I did the blood test. My sugar is well controlled and never goe that high. Can you imagine if I was using dexcom to determine my insulin. The problem is that they are focused on the profit not the customer or patient!
