The reason for so many 5 star reviews here is because of Sam. my brother and I have been coming in once a quarter for nearly two years now and are just as focused on making Sam proud of us as we are our own health journeys. I saw that jokingly but there is truth to it. Easy to work with, polite, informative and kind, could not recommend more.

This place is fantastic! No matter where you are in your health and fitness journey, this is absolutely the best place to come. I had a scan last year to get a baseline and then had a follow up scan a few weeks ago. Sam is so professional and very caring and made me feel very comfortable at every step. I also did a Metabolic Rate test since I thought it would be helpful, I would highly recommend this as an add-on.
