We can't say enough about the great experience we had with Dex by Terra for our pool deck. The designer was most helpful in creating this project. The installation was fast and efficient. We have recommended them to our friends and family.
Joe came out in mid-August to give an estimate and was told 2-3 weeks for the drawings/estimate. I emailed several times in October asking for estimate. Finally, he responds stating he was on vacation and would need two more weeks. I informed him the other estimates were in and he assured me he’d have it in two weeks. 4 weeks later, nothing. Wow! That's all I have to say about the Dex-by-Terra team. From our initial meeting with Ed to review and design, to the site workers that showed up every day, rain or shine, Mark the mason supervisor/manager, Andy that did irrigation, Rob for landscaping, to so many more not mentioned, they were all outstanding.
