Just spent a great weekend at Dewitt. We have friends that use their facilities often so it was well recommended. It was our first time their with our boat and we enjoyed everything (except some of the weather). Easy use of the ramp, bath house and bathroom facilities were clean and no wait, grills were available to use and easy access to Torch Lake. We will definitely be returning in the future!
We will definitely rent a pontoon again the people there were very friendly and helpful to explain all u need to know about the boat! The pontoon was very clean and really nice!
This was our 2nd stay here. Great location for transient boat slip to Torch Lake. Bath facilities are very nice, Marina is very clean and well kept. Staff is very hard working and incredibly friendly. We will be back next year!

We rented a pontoon for four days last week. The pontoon was in excellent shape. The manager of the boat rental operation was excellent as were the other employees. We interacted with these employees three times during our rental period. They were all excellent workers and always courteous and helpful. I have dealt with many marinas in many states over the years. This was by far the best experience I have had. The store is the cleanest I have ever observed at a marina. We've used Dewitt several times and there has never been a problem! We booked during the "uncertain times" and had a great holiday on the water last week! Staff is super knowledgeable and the easy reservation process was great! The boat was awesome and had no issues! Thanks so much! We'll be back!
*Very unprofessional and misleading salesman. Very disappointed with our experience. Would not recommend based on their customer service. We backed out of a sale due to our experience with a particular salesman. *Edit: Christine was very professional to work with and empathic towards our unpleasant experience. I would like to stress it was the salesman we were working with that we are unhappy with, not the company as a whole.
