They have all but tried to steal my depost. Will not return it after cancelling for free and assurances they will return it. Will not answer emails and will just put you on hold and then hang up if you try to ring. I booked through booking .com and they are not having luck either - hanging up on them and not responding to legal requests to return the deposit. Avoid it if you don't want to be cheated. Shocking behaviour.

The staff here at the DeWitt are incredible. They are all super friendly and everything we needed was taken care of right away there was no waiting. The location is incredible it was so close to everything and very easy to find. The room was perfect it had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Definitely staying here next time I am in the city.
Loved our stay here! It was nice and quiet and near everything! It's an older building, so the elevators are very small, but charming! We'll stay here again!
Love the rooms and the sauna employees are so helpful and sweet would recommend for anyone!!! Also the location is amazing less than a 5 minute walk to the water tower mall and lake shore
