They came into my house to do an appraisal, even though I did not hire them. They also refuse to send me an appraisal done on the house that I reside in and my ex husband has not lived here in a year. Chris Cook was nothing but disrespectful on the phone, even though I own my house just as much as my ex husband does. I will be reporting them to BBB.
