I have been trying to get a rx for dad since Wednesday. Yesterday morning they said a rx would be called in to the pharmacy. As of this morning that evidently never happened. I called multiple time this morning and they would not answer the phone. They did on more than one occasion pick up the phone and hang up. According to my mother this is a common practice.
