Horrible and unethical. Previous to taking our two dogs to Dewitt, we talked to the office and they assured us- among other things- that they would have ample availability, including weekend appointments. Yet when our dog has an issue that needs to be seen quickly, they can't be seen for weeks... Another issue is that we have been told that "Dr. Wilcox will call you back" regarding treatment options for ongoing issues. We have yet to have dr. Wilcox call us back.
