Horrible and unethical. Previous to taking our two dogs to Dewitt, we talked to the office and they assured us- among other things- that they would have ample availability, including weekend appointments. Yet when our dog has an issue that needs to be seen quickly, they can't be seen for weeks... Another issue is that we have been told that "Dr. Wilcox will call you back" regarding treatment options for ongoing issues. We have yet to have dr. Wilcox call us back. RecommendedWe called to have our pup updated on her Rabies shot. When we took her to DeWitt we had some other concerns with some stuff that was going on since we booked her appointment. The vet and the vet techs were amazing, also My pup really liked them. Definitely be going back to get the rest of her vaccinations back in order! They were priced well too.
My pup got neutered on 6/10/20 on a neuter certificate. One you need to update what u get charged for that the certificate doesn't cover . End up paying $113 at pick up which is fine but there were charges on there not explained at pre-surgery or the pick up. 2nd apparently the cone I brought was not good enough fine but I need to get a phone call instead they put a cone on him and charged me for it without even notifying me . 3rd was told when I dropped my dog off to call the following day for pick up when I asked if I woul... read more
the dr is amazingly compassionate
I had my cat neutered there. Staff was not friendly. My cat didn’t heal right and got sick. Called to get him looked at. Was told they couldn’t see him and if I was worried to take him to an emergency vet. Will never go there again!
Had to put my dog down and had the best experience. My vets quote was 9x more. They were great the office manager was amazing. Made a very hard situation easier. I would highly recommend this place.
