Our water heater went out while we were out of town. I called on a Monday to make an appointment, someone was set to come Thursday between 9am and 11am. Thursday 1120am, no one has come and there has been no communication as to why. I call the unhelpful receptionist and she says she will get a message to the plumber coming.
