I had a broken sprinkler and contacted Russ. We agreed upon a date for him to come out and fix the sprinkler. Russ contacted me to confirm the date and time and when the day arrived, he was right on time. Not only did he fix my broken sprinkler, upon my request, he looked at and fixed other existing problems. His customer service is exceptional and his rate was very reasonable.
