great! I have always lived in apartments and they are the best so far.
Dewberry Downs property managers have done well concealing issues with the remodeling.. Watch out for mold and other hidden issues hidden underneath such as pipes breaking. I would strongly dissuade the prospective renter. Only headaches from start to finish. Sometimes places appear better than they really are. Rough experience only made rougher by inept management.
Does management know what service means or how to provide it to someone living in the property they manage? What an awful and I mean awful experience. I wish I would have heeded the advice of people before me. They must have dummy accounts or are paying tenants for reviews. This place is utter trash but looks nice on the outside. What a trap.

When we first moved in these townhomes everything was great but then Christine came along and everything went down hill. Maintenance comes by when they feel like it and if they’re not involved with Christine, we had multiple request go unanswered. Christine is more concerned with getting drunk and gossiping about the tenants rather than managing the complex. Christine should watch her behavior, she thinks she owns the place, but she is the manager and she behaves very rude when you address your problem.I don't think there office phone has a recording system, then the owners could listen how she's behaving with the tenants when they address any problem about their units.
