The first visit - a consult with Dewayne made us feel a lot better. All our questions were answered to our satisfaction. Questions by e-mail were also answered promptly. Tiffany can be intimidating, but she is easy to work with and very efficient. Meghan is consistently cheerful and helpful. The office could use a good cleaning and a serious update in colors and decoration to make it more cheerful but this didn't take away from the overall experience. Overall this has been an ok experience. It's hard to be too excited about such a difficult time. I did feel like "everything will be ok" after my initial consultation and that helped me a lot. Tiffany has been very helpful answering any questions, although something seems to be blocking emails to me from her. Phone calls work though.
