Unfortunately, I need to leave a review after I heard the same thing happened to a friend. I like the way Ania cuts my hair and my mum absolutely loved how she did her colour. Having said that, the last time I booked a haircut with her she totally forgot she had booked me and 10 mins before my appointment I received a message saying she was sorry and that she had forgotten she had another appointment, then I text back and don't hear anything for 20 mins so I just drive to meet her at the salon, there she asks me if I can com... read more
Similar to other recent reviews, my appointment got cancelled last minute (20 mins before scheduled time).
Cancelled my appt an hour before saying she wasn’t in town and had to reschedule but didn’t send any option to reschedule when asked. Was looking forward to an aveda salon and a new stylist. Similar to reviews, I’d recommend a different business!
Ania is an excellent stylist, for cut and color alike. Sadly, she might not show up for your appointment, even if you've booked months ahead. Save yourself the stress and go to Elevated Studios: just as good, but much more reliable, welcoming and professional. Sometimes, hype is just that: hype.
Ania literally has given me the best haircut I have ever had in my entire life! She is the best and so fun to chat with as well
