Image telling these people that you NO LONGER want their services because of how they are and they KEEP calling. Now I have to file harassment charges. 10/10 DO NOT RECCOMEND. Next step is reporting to state board
this place would repeatedly schedule appointments without me knowing, kept trying to give me a new therapist when I already had one with a different practice, and there was at least one time but I think twice where I showed up, no one was there, and waited for 20 minutes just for no one to show up
Speaking with someone for 10-15 minutes during a 45 minute session isn’t helpful!!! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere that cares more about the child/teenager they are supposed to be helping. I don’t know how their reviews went up to a 3 star but when I checked in late September it was less than a 2. Now I see why it was low.
Professional, consistent and was able to get me in for assistance in my mental health journey.
Good luck getting refills from this place. Doesn't seem to be with it. My pharmacy has been trying to get her to refill with no results. I called and left a message with someone there, and was never contacted back or given a refill. I can't just stop the meds I'm on and not have serious effects.
